With multiple tap ins and releases it helps your body, mind and emotions come back into yourself helping you be more present with your own presence and mindful of self. Helping with standing up for your own boundaries that create your own personal peace. It helps release the personal burdens we put on ourselves. It helps us quiet down and hear what our nervous systems are saying. With time it helps with seeing others and your communication towards them. It is a somatic and energetic way towards self growth and wellness.
